1. How can I rent a sign?
You can easily order and pay for your sign through our website by following the link here. Returning customers can send us an email and we will send you an invoice directly.
2. How long can I rent a sign for?
Our typical rental options are 1 to 4 months but you can rent the sign for as long as you would like. Please contact us for extended rates.
3. How big are these signs?
They are quite large. The total size including the frame is 6' x 9.5'. The topper also adds another 11" x 52". The actual design portion is 40 square feet in size.
4. Where should I place the mobile sign?
The sign must be placed on the property where the advertised business is located. If you are not the property owner, you must have permission from your landlord or property management company.
5. Am I allowed to place the sign on city property?
No. The city bylaw states that businesses are not to advertise on city property. The only exception is with written permission from the city.


1. What colors can I use on my sign?
With digital printing, you can literally have any color you like. Our printers produce millions of colors and print at a very high resolution.
2. Can the design include my logo?
Of course! We can include logos in your design, although we would recommend your logo to appear in the topper portion of the sign so it really stands out.
3. Do I design the ad?
Our team of designers will take care of your ad. However, if you have any marketing material or branding examples, we will be happy to match the style for your sign.
4. What are the steps when working with the designers?
Once you have placed your order, we will email you all the information you need to proceed. Using your feedback we will create your first ad design concept. From there, you can choose to accept the design or request changes.
5. How long does the first design concept take?
Depending on the work load, it typically takes 12 to 24 hours for the first ad design concept to be created.
6. Can I change the design on the sign?
All changes must be made by our team. If you require a new design, we can print and deliver it for a fee of $100.
7. Can I get a new design?
Of course, it's your sign. To keep things fresh we recommend changing the ad design every month or two. There is a fee of $100 for a new design.
8. When should I change my ad or message?
It's really up to you, but our customers tend to agree that an ad change every month or 2 is good for business.


1. How can I pay?
Our website allows you to securely submit your payment information online. Returning customers can skip the online ordering process and be invoiced directly.
2. What types of payment do you accept?
For quick online ordering we accept Visa, Master and American Express. We also accept Email Money Transfers (EMT), cheques and cash.
3. Do your prices include taxes?
All the prices on our website do not include taxes, unless stated otherwise. 13% HST is to be added to all prices.
